The society was formed under the active initiation of Mr. Kamana Padhi as President and Prof.K.C.Panda as its Vice-President with the active co-operation of all the Members and other office bearers, namely, Mr. Prabin Nayak, Mr. Harish Chandra Mishra, Mr. Ladu Kishore Sahu-all elected/nominated to the first term of Executive Committee.
