“DIVINE MANSION RESIDENTS’ WELFARE SOCIETY, PURI” (DMRWS-P) is located at Harachandi Sahi, Sandha Jaga Chhak, Lokanath Road in the Pilgrim City of Puri (Sreekhetra) is an informal & un-registered society of owners of 79 flats/units of the “Divine Mansion Apartment” (developed/promoted/constructed/by M/s Niwas Real Estate Private Limited) which is yet to be registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. The Society was formed vide EC Res.No.3 dated 18.11.2018 with the sole aim to look after the day-to-day maintenance and management of the Apartment as well as to promote and sustain an outstanding community of good human, peace,  harmony and brotherhood.   The Society also aims at three key guiding principles (a to d) and eleven key objectives (3-a to q) as laid down in the Memorandum of Associations and  Bylaw of the Society duly approved by the General Body Meeting of the Society held at Puri on 4.8.2019.

The above society was formed under the active initiation of Mr. Kamana Padhi as President and Prof.K.C.Panda as its Vice-President with the active co-operation of all the Members and other office bearers, namely, Mr. Prabin Nayak, Mr. Harish Chandra Mishra, Mr. Ladu Kishore Sahu-all elected/nominated to the first term of Executive Committee.
